Who we are

FDIC: Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation operates a client portal for recovery cases referred by our investigations desk. The portal is the record: case stages, documents, accounts, regulator correspondence and messages all live in one place so nothing is relayed second-hand.

The service began as a paper process and moved online in 2026. We kept the parts that matter — a named case officer, a dated file, and a written record of every action — and replaced the parts that did not with direct access.

Cases are handled from a single operations desk in New York, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 local time. Every officer keeps those hours and answers inside them.

How a case runs

  1. 1. An officer opens the file and records the suspected branch and the documents needed.
  2. 2. You upload the requested documents and see each one acknowledged on the file.
  3. 3. The officer reviews, records findings and moves the stage; you are notified of every change.
  4. 4. Regulator correspondence is filed against the case and stays downloadable.

The portal is operated by an independent recovery-advocacy service and is not the FDIC itself. See Disclosures for the exact wording.
