Legal and operational disclosures

Relationship to the FDIC

Independent recovery advocacy — not affiliated with or endorsed by the FDIC, or any government agency. References to the FDIC, its name and its seal describe the regulator of the banks involved, not a branch of the agency.

Account records

Checking, savings and fixed-deposit balances shown in the portal are ledger-derived. The account of record is the case file; paper statements are generated from the same ledger and match the portal to the cent.

Funds availability

Deposits shown as pending are held until the stated release date. Electronic credits release the next business day; deposits made after 17:00 local time are dated the following business day.

Errors and disputes

Tell your officer or write through the portal within 60 days of the statement showing an error. We acknowledge in writing within two business days and resolve within 45 calendar days, with provisional credit where the rules require it.

Electronic signatures and records

Actions taken in the portal (document uploads, messages, acknowledgements) carry the time and account that made them and are treated as written records. Download a copy of anything you may need off-line.

Privacy

What we collect and how to export or correct it is set out in Privacy inside the portal.
