Our Charter

What we owe you at every stage of your recovery case.

Our commitment to every client

When a bank fails or a fraud scheme touches your money, the recovery process should not feel like a second loss. We built this practice around one promise: you always know what happens next, who is acting for you, and what it costs.

What we do

We prepare and pursue recovery claims for depositors, creditors and account holders affected by bank failures, payment fraud and counterfeit instrument schemes. That includes assembling evidence, filing with the right receiver or insurer, tracking deadlines and appealing denials.

  • Every claim is reviewed by a human advocate before it is filed.
  • You receive copies of everything we file on your behalf.
  • We never ask you to pay fees from funds still held by a receiver.

How we are funded

Clients pay a flat, disclosed fee for casework. Where statutes allow a contingency arrangement, it is stated in writing before any filing. We accept no referral commissions from banks, receivers or law firms.

Independent recovery advocacy — not affiliated with or endorsed by the FDIC, or any government agency.

Client access is by invitation. Need help? askcsdreg@fdic.gov
