How a recovery case moves
Every case follows five stages: submitted, documents, review, decision and completed. Your dashboard shows the stage your case is in and the single next action that moves it forward.
Stage by stage
- Submitted: intake is complete and your advocate confirms eligibility for the programme or receiver in question.
- Documents: we collect statements, correspondence and identity documents. Upload everything the checklist asks for; the case cannot advance without it.
- Review: an advocate assembles the filing, reconciles balances to the penny and drafts the claim narrative.
- Decision: the claim is filed with the receiver, insurer or court. Decisions typically arrive in weeks; appeals are prepared immediately when a denial cites curable defects.
- Completed: recovered funds are routed to the account you designate and the file closes with a full accounting.
Keeping records safe
Send documents through your portal or the Telegram bot — never by personal email. Everything you upload stays on our own systems and is retained for the duration of your case plus the statutory window.
